Jessica Wegrzyn is a costume designer residing in Brooklyn, N.Y. She is a graduate of University at Buffalo and holds a B.A. in Theatre with a focus in Technical Theatre and Design. She has been working as a costume and wardrobe professional for film and television since 2017.

Jessica was an active member of the Buffalo theater community for more than a decade and has been the resident costume designer for Torn Space Theater since 2012. She has also designed for Buffalo-area companies such as Irish Classical Theatre Company, Second Generation Theatre, The Kavinoky Theatre and LehrerDance, earning multiple Artie Award nominations for Outstanding Costume Design.

Her costume work for Torn Space's They Kill Things & Motion Picture was featured in the January 2017 issue of CHANCE Magazine, an international theater and design publication.

A theater artist whose appreciation began in performance, she found a fascination with and passion for uncovering the details, which led her to a career in design. In color, pattern, silhouette and texture there is intention, history, spirit and wonder.
